Introducing NCD’s Long Range Industrial IoT Wireless Vibration Temperature Sensor V3, featuring a 2-mile range with wireless mesh networking. It includes a 16-bit Vibration and Temperature sensor, transmitting accurate vibration data at user-defined intervals. The sensor can send computed results with inbuilt FFT and RAW data for further processing.

This sensor offers features like Acceleration calculation, Velocity Calculation, and Time Domain Data Analysis for FFT. Users can configure the data aggregation interval from 1 to 10 seconds.

The sensor samples 2048 points per axis, calculates RMS and maximum vibration readings, combines this with temperature data, and transmits the results to modems and gateways within range. It then goes back to sleep to minimize power consumption.

Powered by six AA batteries, it supports up to 500,000 transmissions or up to 10 years of battery life, depending on conditions and transmission intervals. External power is also an option, making it ideal for monitoring industrial equipment.
