On the web portal go to Settings -> Billing. In the mobile app go to admin panel Billing -> Upgrade.
On Blynk Console, go to Settings -> Billing -> Manage Subscription (find it in the pop-up menu near your plan). It will take you to Stripe purchases portal where you will be able to add/manage the payment method. In the mobile app, go to Google Play or App Store settings to update payment method.
Currently, it is only possible for Business plan invoices.
You need a plan which allows 50 users. It means you need Blynk PRO 100, which allows up to 100 users.
Blynk doesn’t offers device purchasing option. If you want to use more devices, choose a subscription plan / tier with the amount of devices that fits your project needs.

One Business Plan subscription will let you launch one branded IoT solution. If all of your clients can use your own branded app / web portal (with each client only having access to their devices and data), then you need only one Business subscription. But if you need to launch a separate app under your client's brand every time, then each client will require their own subscription.
Standalone (white-label) applications are only provided under BUSINESS solution plan.
